Dear Mohammed,
We arrived home safely and have to get used to this aweful weather. Since our return we have seen nothing but grey skies and rain. How we miss the morrocan blue skies!

Via onze reisagent werden wij in conact gebracht met Mr. Mohammed.
Tijdens een heerlijke golfweek heeft Mohammed ons vervoer naar de golfbanen perfect geregeld. Daarnaast heeft hij ons verschillende bezienswaardigheden in en rondom Marrakesh laten zien en van informatie voorzien.
Tevens reserveerde Mohammed voor ons een keur aan fantastische restaurants.
De hoofdprijs krijgt het restaurant El Fassia, dat door een vrouw uit Fez is opgezet en door alleen vrouwen wordt gerund (de uitsmijter uitgezonderd).
Onze excursie naar de Ourika vallei en bezoek aan arabische "pharmacie" was buitengewoon de moeite waard.
Mohammed is een perfecte gids, een zeer betrouwbare chauffeur met veel kennis over zijn land.
Wij kijken er naar uit om binnenkort weer een keer met hem een tocht te maken.
Eerst nog even de hollandse winter trotseren!

We include a picture of a sculpture made by Goke (and hope you are not offended by it; Islam apparently does not allow pictures of people, but we saw photographs of your king everywhere). |

If you are going to be in Morocco, you should certainly contact Enjoy Morocco Tours (www.enjoy-morocco-tours.com) and speak with Mohammed. We used his company for our two week tour there and could not have been more pleased. I am fortunate to experience travel all over the world and I cannot think of a service that I enjoyed more. Really cannot say enough ... do not rent a car or take a train or use any other company. We paid a reasonable rate, but I can tell you that if they charged me double the fare I would gladly pay that amount to repeat the excellent experience that we had while touring. |

we just got back from the trip 2 days ago..
we would just like to let you know that our trip would not have been as enriching (not to mention, stress-free), had we not had you to drive us and guide us around Morocco.. we realized that we covered hundreds of miles, and it was truly an experience we shall keep for a lifetime..
you are a wealth of knowledge.. very kind, and accommodating for the whole week of having your company.. and we appreciate it..
the kids were also fond of your presence!
we are also grateful for all the little details you took care of, such as constantly picking up after our little car messes in between drives.. and having a cooler of water readily available.. (such a treat in the heat!)
we hope that you continue to serve other wanderers, like our family, that would like to "see" the true Morocco.. as you do great justice to the discovery of your country..

We enjoyed our ferry ride over to Spain. Arrived just before dark. As expected, our Spanish driver was not able to measure up to your level of service. We laughed about being so spoiled by you that we will not have another experience during our tour that will match Morocco. You are a great ambassador for your country and we miss you!

I couldn't agree more with family of 4. My wife and I along with her brother and his wife just returned from ten days in Morocco. We used the services of a driver/guide for the entire trip and contracted local guides in Marrakesh and Fes. Our driver Mohammed added greatly to our trip with his knowledge of his country and experience of where to go either for places of interest, purchases or food. We always felt comfortable, even in the evenings when we'd walk by ourselves. I can provide his email addy if you like.

My wife and spent 10 days and toured Marrakesh, the Atlas Mountains, the Sahara and Fes. We used a driver/guide for the entire trip. It was worth it! Mohammed Mhamdi Alaoui is is knowledgeable, personable and experienced. He was a pleasure to be with and made the trip fascinating.
